Glass Requirements and Color Suggestions

Note: When tracing your pattern onto the glass, reverse the pattern as you would for lamp panels. (See Making a Lamp Shade) Lay out pattern as you would for straight lamp panels. It will save glass and cutting.

If cut well, attach one side section to bottom at a time. If not, tape side panels together with masking tape and tack solder standing upright. Center bottom on the outside and solder.

You can either hang or set this planter. For hanging, solder a sturdy copper wire loop to every other inside seam about 1/4" from the top.

Waterproof the inside with silicone glue.
