Returns
- If you have received incorrect or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order and we will take the necessary steps to correct the error.
- There are no returns or exchanges on: books, chemicals, special order, used, discontinued or closeout items.
- Returns for reasons that are not due to errors on our part are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped freight pre-paid. All returned merchandise must be in their original, resalable condition.
